But dynamic content does not support one-to-one marketing communications. To change that, we add an additional component, variable data. Variable data includes recipient specific information (names, dates, etc.) from the recipient profile. We merge this data with the dynamic content to deliver individual unique communications that are specific to the recipient. Studies have shown that people responded more frequently to relevant versus one-size-fits-all correspondence.
