Payment Information

Services:

Pinpoint Content agrees to provide Client non-exclusive electronic access to the Pinpoint Content Products (Pinpoint Content) via a digital information processing, transmission and storage system ("Server") maintained by Pinpoint Content and located at Pinpoint Content's facilities. Pinpoint Content shall make the Pinpoint Content Products available on and via the Internet and shall provide such other maintenance, support and additional services, including any enhancements, upgrades and technical support.


Fees and Payment Term:

Client agrees to pay a monthly license fee based on the annual license terms specified in section 3 "Annual License Term" below) to access Pinpoint Content Products. The fee is based on the number of contacts in the client database. Multi-month/Annual Supbscription plans are available. For more information please call us.


Annual License Term:

Monthly license fee is based on (i) annual agreement. The agreement will automatically renew on the anniversary of the Effective Date of the Services Agreement unless Pinpoint Content is notified in writing at least 15 days prior to the renewal date.


Payment:

Activation fee will be billed immediately. Thereafter, Client will be billed at the end of each monthly cycle for the month of service rendered.


100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

Client may receive a full refund of any applicable monthly charges if annual service is canceled in writing within 30 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement. This evaluation period begins 10 days from the Effective Date above regardless of when training occurs.
